I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. as well as a certified speed and agility coach. I have worked with professional, amateur and collegiate athletes and teams. My workouts have been featured in the Providence Journal, as well as the Cranston Herald. I have also taught corporate fundraising workouts at Mohegan Sun Casino. I enjoy powerlifting, boxing, sparring, and kettlebells.
